Description

Make delicious crusty artisan bread in just 2 hours (with just 10 mins of prep time)! This easy no-knead recipe is great for those who are in a pinch and need a quick bread recipe,  as well as those that are beginning their baking journey, as this is an incredibly easy recipe to follow.

Ingredients
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
  1. Activate yeast by mixing in warm water.

  2. Combine bread flour, salt and yeast mixture in bowl. Mix until dough is formed.

  3. Cover dough with a towel or plastic wrap and let it proof for 1 hour in a warm environment.

  4. When dough is halfway done proofing, place your dutch oven (with lid) into your oven and preheat for 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 mins.

  5. When dough has finished proofing and has doubled in size, pour dough on a floured surface to begin shaping it.

  6. Once dough is shaped into a ball, place it onto a piece of parchment paper.

  7. With oven mitts on, take dutch oven and lid out of the oven (which should be extremely hot) and place on your stove. Place dough with parchment paper into the dutch oven with lid on and bake in the oven for 30 mins.

  8. After 30 mins, remove the lid and continue to bake for another 5 to 10 minutes or until bread is brown.

  9. Remove bread from dutch oven and let it rest on a cooling rack for at least 1 hour.

  10. Enjoy!
