A chef, teacher, music-lover, cuisine enthusiast, husband, and father to two amazing kiddos. It’s nice to meet you.

I started this blog to document some of favorite recipes from my three decade career in professional kitchens and to share these recipes with the world.

I live in Kansas City with my husband Gary and two beautiful kids – Ava and Aiden. Apart from blogging, I also teach culinary classes, take my kiddos to all of their sport activities and love spending quality time with family and friends.
